I suspect it's because of connections. Even a First Class UOL degree cannot compare with third class
NUS. The disparity in brand name is just too large to overcome.
To all UOL grads, I am sorry. Local grad will always be viewed as superior to you, unless you cured cancer. But I guess if you had the brains to do that, you wouldn't be in SIM UOL in the first place (lol).
