I think property agent is most overpaid for value they add. What the fark do those leeches do that entitles them to a percent of the property price?! Lawyers used to get a % now they get fixed fee which is like maybe $2000 or 3000 only with years of responsibility and liability after the sale. Agent just heng met the buyer who already want to buy that property to begin with and get a freaking cut. And therefore hav an interest in making property price go up so they can get more commission!
