Ki Residences, a new 999-year leasehold development is richly inspired by the Japanese concept of “ki” which is centered on life and living in a harmonious state with people, nature, and its surroundings. This new development replaces the previous Brookvale Park after it was enbloc’ed in 2018 for $530 million. The sale price of $530 million reflects a land rate of about $932 per sq ft per plot ratio, after factoring in an estimated development charge of about $26 million.
