As DXO manager is considered quite low.
Manager is divided into AM, M and SM. These are dx 9, 10, 11 respectively.
Within 10 years of experience you may be AM or M.
Your salary will be 4-5k if you are male with
NS.
Now you have information to accept another higher pay job.
