NCS/ST.
2. Those who rather join
NCS/ST than a startup, it shows something about their perceived risk level.
3. If someone didn't get out after 1-2 years; either their skills aren't at the industry standard yet, or they're contented with mediocracy.
He mentioned having
NCS/ST in the CV is probably worse than a gap, due to the negative perceptions associated.
