I'm waiting. I got verbal offer for perm role but the HR never mentioned the details in terms of money figure.
I'm not sure if that's just informal polite conversation.
But they did reference checks.
So I considered nothing confirmed yet.
Not sure if they will ask my expected salary or they give a figure for me to consider it.
