So what you’re saying is that
MAS essentially pays equivalent to a 4.3k package from any Ministry. That’s roughly equivalent to the DXO scheme, and a little higher than than the MXO scheme, but still much lower than the specialised schemes Foreign Service, Economist, Legal Service which start at about 5k basic and still enjoy a 16-17 month package in addition.
