Currently, I am working in French MNC with permanent role. And recently
PSA International offers me one-year-contract with possibility to convert to permanent staff at end of the contract. I heard
PSA international has quite good bonus, but not sure about this year.Also, the base salary
PSA International offered is 3.5% lower than my current salary.
Should I take this offer? And so, does
PSA International do background check on new staff, like check your criminal records, credit report...etc.
