In the offer-letter for
NUS research fellow position (1 year contract), a 3 month probation period is mentioned during which the employment can be terminated by 7 day's notice.
Is a probation period clause common in research fellow jobs at
NUS or
NTU as such?
Is this something to be concerned about, or that certain things should be particularly taken care of during the probation period?
