To be honest, RL Trainees don't really produce any valuable work. Sure, if I use them only for menial tasks then yes, it does save me time. But if I'm not an asshole of a firm and I do want to provide training, then it actually represents a cost to me. Even if I ask them to do research, I never fully trust it and I have to double-check everything they produce. Not to say I've never had a useful RLT, but it's in the minority.
