I manage to land a job early this year and decided to hunt for a job the moment i entered.
Manage to land on a new one and decided to leave after understanding the culture differences, stress/workload.
Currently double hatting and hope the next one will be better.
I think its normal for ppl to look out for something better.
The duration of staying in the job does not matter that much as long as you are not job hopping.
