Progression is really slow. Do you have 2nd Upper/1st Class Honours from
NUS/
NTU/Foreign Uni? If not, kiss your progression away. You will be stuck with stagnant pay for years. Only if you have good grades can you climb the corporate ladder fast. If you have good grades, within a year you will be promoted. No questions asked.
