If you are in the management, I would expect you to get more than $6k per month even with 10% reduction. I don't think there is any change to the
CPF contributions.
Not only CS and PS has MVC, many private companies also include MVC into the employment contract. Seriously have to think from country economy point of view, if MVC activation will help the country tide over this critical period.
Do you think the minister cut their pay for fun? Or private companies exercise pay cut or get staff to take unpaid leave for leisure?
