I went for ‘2’ casual chats with some of the interviewers, the first one being with the HR and TL I presume and the second with the unit members. hey, could you update whether you secure the position after the final interview? i'm in a similar position, met with the hiring dept and was told it was a casual interview. subsequently, the boss of the department told me to wait for the final interview with the hr dept. I'm also quite nervous for it as he phrases such that the final interview would be intimidating, and even guided me on how to better refine my answers.
