ST is really for just people waiting for retirement. And they treat their engineers like dirt even though its an engineering company. My centre has 50+ headcount but more than half left during my 2yrs there. I left after a senior manager said in a centre meeting for engineers that engineers with local degrees are no good and we can leave if we don't like working here. 5 of my collegues left shortly after. We were all 2 upper and above, some with masters and one phd. We all felt that we don't need to deal with this kind of sh!t.
