A new Executive Condominium call Parc Canberra EC will be launch on Feb 2020. This new EC is located at Sembawang Canberra Link which is just about 400 meter from Canberra MRT Station (NS12).

EC is always on high demand due to low entry price compare to new private Condominium.

Do you think EC is still a good buy at current market ?
