Same as my new place.

I just started 1 Aug and after asking around. Promotion damn slow as much as 8 years and increment 4% they always just give the lowest as possible. Not one person say so i take it is factual.

But good thing is work life balance damn good here. So probably the reason for slow promotion and increment?

Thus already have thinking how I sld move soon. But I wanna see if the increment is really that bad.

Also not good if I leave within 1-2 years. Dilemma
