All the one bedroom and one bedroom + study units at Sky Everton are now sold out, and the cheapest units left are the 2 bedders starting from around $1.66xM upwards. And there are not many of these 2 bedders left either - only 12 units out of the 74 in the project.
One reason the
preview for Sky Everton going so well could be its pricing level. At around $2,550 PSF average for a freehold project next to the CBD, it is possibly perceived as better value as it is priced even lower than the nearby Riviere which was launched at around $2,800 to $2,900 PSF.
