In the first place, there isnt a fresh grad hr job (degree) that state salary range that hit 3k, so where ur 3k gonna come from if the range of every hr job ad put 1.8 to 2.2k. You will still get the best if ur

my point being, nowadays dont really have a fresh grad (degree only (strictly)) hr job already.
