thats if the job ad salary state something like 3k to 3.7k

if they dont state that range,where ur 3.5 come from?

For example, the job ad on jobstreet put 1.8 to 2.2k

Even if u nus, it will still be given whats in the range at ,which is 2.2k, and then i be given a 1.8k. Thats what im trying to say

In the first place, there isnt a fresh grad hr job (degree) that state salary range that hit 3k, so where ur 3k gonna come from if the range of every hr job ad put 1.8 to 2.2k. You will still get the best if ur nus/ntuc,but its the 2.2 lor, then diploma 1.8.

the range put like that for that specific job ad,even if ur nus etc, ur still gonna get 2.2 which is the highest end of the range.

my point being, nowadays dont really have a fresh grad (degree only (strictly)) hr job already.
