The Midtown Bay condo itself, the residential component of Guoco Midtown, is not a big condominium. It will only house 219 apartments for sale. Hence there is a scarcity factor at play here. And knowing GuocoLand, these will be upmarket homes, with a price tag to match.
For a start, the South Beach Residences next door already command prices in excess of $3,000 PSF, for similar 99 year leasehold apartments. And going by the Wallich Residence pricing, GuocoLand is unlikely to be looking at anything less either, for Midtown Bay.
Like the other two projects mentioned, the
Midtown Bay Guoco Midtown units will likely command widespread views, with some even offering sea views, over Kallang Basin and beyond to the southern sea.
