Even if you studied in the UK (some people go for exchange or a semester and like to claim they have an “overseas” degree) it hardly counts for much unless it’s from Oxbridge. I highly doubt you’re an Oxbridge graduate ipso facto you are a sub-par candidate.

It’s nothing personal but you just don’t rank very high in terms of employability. Be grateful for what you are presently drawing.
