Latest updates on the Parc Clematis condo is that it is targeting to launch on 22 June, pending final approval to open the
Parc Clematis showflat by then. The other update is that it will offer 1468 units, comprising a mix of 1 to 5 bedroom units and penthouses, and even terrace and bungalow or detached strata landed houses.
The project will be 25 storeys high. That should be tall enough to afford the high floor units views over the projects across the AYE, and possibly to the Greater Southern Waterfront. Not many other details are available yet. But we will post any new updates on the
Parc Clematis condo once available, as there is some pent up demand in this area since there has not been any new launches within walking distance of Clementi
MRT station for quite a while. The last was Trilinq next door, that launched more than 4 years ago, and has already completed.
