Yes if no perm job currently.
No if currently has perm job.
If you are jobless or jumping around temp jobs, you should take the job to have the stable income to support your job hunt.
Even if you don't manage to find another job, at least then you will have one still.
When you go for interviews, you will also be in a better position than jobless since you have options of changing jobs or sticking to the current one. Whereas if you are jobless or have no perm role, your options are being jobless or taking the job.
