Every level has at least 905 gap increase except for
IPS5 to IPS6 which is 500+
People who are IPS6 and lower are getting little increment and promotion increase and will reach ceiling within 1-2 years.
The system is obviously flawed or meant to force employees to leave because no increment.
They need to review and change the system.
