i think his cep is quite good. he been telling us he is constantly getting the excellent band. That why he cannot take it this time when he got the same band but such sucky "promotion increment" while the rest of us are just good and very good haha ...

Sometimes I think it is better to study and interview for a HR post and screw everyone up. I mean they are doing it now. LOL.
So many permutations in respect of Time, Grade, Salary, Salary ceiling, Performance.
Some with great performance and a more decent grade with greater responsibilties but a mere increment.
Some with slightly off performance with a better grade with lesser responsibilities but a very very decent salary.
