Not much room for negotiation, very much based on a confidential formula. When HR tells you the estimated salary, you decide how much you want to risk squeezing/frustrating HR if you have lots of chips to gamble with. No chips then don't gamble.

Oh I see.. wonder if the medical check up will come before they offer you the salary package or after? I'm not sure if I have any chips to gamble with.
