Hello everyone, just joined this forum.
I am a 2nd Upper BSc local grad, serving in one of the
SBs since mid 2012. Had some decent contributions and just got a "within-grade" promotion recently which pumped me to MX12 salary ceiling.
Anyone more senior in CS/PS was in this situation and salary stagnated (no more increment)? Wondering if i should go further study haha.
