I'm at a SB and just received my letter. C+ and 2.5.
Was told by my colleague that this year's PB is generous because even a C gets 2. My letter still says 1.5 norm.

Anyone experienced the same? For those who haven't received news, please do not have high expectations cos my SB is revenue generating and partial compliance. My grade is pegged to MX12 and salary ceiling is 6660 instead of 5880.
