I heard that this oil and gas company Aibel ptd ltd hire people on contract claim industry downturn,but pays Indians higher and offer them permanent positions.Increments are not based on promotion and some departments all get increase of hundreds but other staff get $50. Engineers are paid lower than designers,which is absurb.And the young engineers from NUS and NTU are paid $3000 with six years experience and company claims salary freeze because of industry downturn.Indians are paid higher and referred to company by the department heads who are mostly Indian. And they still take part in NTU job fair this year hiring trainee engineers, I heard a lot of previous trainees left without staying for two years. MOM should check such company, cutting Singaporean graduate salary and HR offering foreigners high salaries
