Here's wishing everyone (contributors & readers) a happy, healthy and properous Lunar New Year!

I have not been writing to this forum for many years now. Think my last "contribution" was in 2012? Time really flies, as it felt like not too long ago that I wrote something here.

The past 6 to 7 years have been good to my family and I - both health and financial well being.

Children graduated and entering the workforce have seen our financial commitments diminished substantially while savings accelerated. We have no housing loan since we paid for our condo (bought in 2008) in full.

In the last 6 to almost 7 years, we have seen our networth grew by $2.5M bringing our total networth to $7.25M! Something that we never dreamed of.

Will it grow some more? If we continue to work and our investment continues to perform as it did the last few years, then hitting $8M networth looks within reach by 2020!
