In general, most of the new launches in recent times appear to be concentrated more towards the east and north east of Singapore. There are less in the west, especially towards the Jurong / Clementi side. Notable exceptions are Twin VEW (that has old out most of its units), Whistler Grand that launched late last year, and Parc Clematis, that will be launching this year 2019. Parc Clematis will replace the former Parc West at Jalan Lempeng, and will be developed by SingHaiYi Land. Now that Clement Canopy has completely sold out, there is no other new project in Clementi itself. Which augurs well for sales at Parc Clematis, as there is little competition. In addition, this new project enjoys one advantage over Clement Canopy, as it will be within closer walking distance of Clementi MRT station.
