The most recent update for RV Altitude is that it will launch in January 2019. The Preview is likely to start 5 January 2018, so the showflat will probably open for viewing one or two weeks before that.
The
RV Altitude floor plans have not been released yet. But what is interesting is that the entire development only offers 2 bedroom units. Just different sizes, with the smallest at a very compact 441 sq ft! How the developer manages to squeeze 2 bedrooms into that will have to be seen, since 441 sq ft is usually the size of a one bedder.
Next up are the 2 bedroom premiums that go from 570 sq ft to 624 sq ft. Then we have the 2 bedroom dual key units, at 624 sq ft and 635 sq ft.
It looks like the developer Roxy-Pacific is targeting investors looking for lower quantum buys in the River Valley area. The smallest 441 sq ft units could sell at prices starting from around $1.3x million, which is considered affordable for a District 9 Orchard Road area property.
