Well, the Kent Ridge Hill Residences balloting and sales took place today. For this VIP Preview, the developer gave some extra discounts as well, with the quantum of discount ranging from $5K to $12K, depending on the unit type.
For example, the one bedders got $5K off, the 2 bedders got $8K off, and so on. It seems to have worked. Around 114 units were sold at the balloting itself.
That's pretty good for the current market, considering the number of launches popping up almost every week.
