Would like to seek advice on how DBS makes the offers for the BAGIP. Do we have time to think about it before agreeing to join the program? I've submitted application for several MA roles and they're all still in the pipeline, awaiting updates.

Even then, it would likely take 2-3 more months to know if I secure a MA role.

How should I navigate the potential upcoming offer for the BAGIP?
