UFLP is way too overrated just like all the other management trainee programs where you don't do any real work. Its just cheap labor for companies who after 2 years can be made permanent or made redundant.

What they teach you in UFLP can be very easily acquired by reading marketing management books such as Kotler & Keller or within a subject of your choice.

I am surprised the Uni grads still haven't caught up to this scam.

Go and get a real job and learn some real skills.
