10 Evelyn Launch :: 6 October 2018
After a few delays, 10 Evelyn is finally launching for sale. Showflat viewing appointments start tomorrow Saturday 6 October. The sales and booking date is tentatively scheduled for next Saturday 13 October.
Based on today's Business Times report, the Chief Executive of Amara Holdings Mr Albert Teo was quoted as saying that pricing will start from $2,400 PSF up. But before you start to get too excited about that, it is likely the pricing for the 3 bedroom units which are penthouses, so that includes space for stairs and so on.
The one bedders are still expected to start from $1.2xM up, and the smaller 2 bedders from $1.9xM up.
