1. It is not uncommon for such things to take place within work srea. Take it as an opportunity to reflect on your interpersonal relationship with colleagues. Clarify and prove your worth and not be overly defensive.
2. If the colleagues are KPs, it might affect the discussion during ranking, which will lead to pess than expected apprasial. Is this your first/second year in service? Else, you would have seen for yoruself the grade that you have been given?
