I think
MAS will try to match your last drawn but not increment. They may give you a lower package.
I got this information from my
MAS friend.
I am getting about 6.2k with AWS for 4 years experience. I will need 7.5 to 8k to go to
MAS. Dont think they can afford this for my years of experience.
