No grad i heard is expecting high salary increment. The fact is,foreigner hire are more attractive than local. Cause of
cpf scheme. Cost of hire for spore workers is automatically higher than foreigners.
If i earn 2k. After
cpf is 1.6k. To my boss, my cost is 2.5k. My boss can easily hire foreigner for 1.6k without having to pay
cpf.
