Hi. I am also in the same situation as you. PQE 2 years. Went for Mas interview (weird that i have only 1 and only interview) directly with the heads and GC. Got verbal offer the same day but not sure which band but the HR told me likely will start from 3.8k. Second year will jump to 5+. Bonus wise can range from 3-12mths depending. Did not take up the offer in the end as their hiring timeline will stretch for another 4-6weeks with all the checks etc.
