Bro I feel you. Just an advice though never let your gf see you cry like that, otherwise she will think you’re a weakling and break up w you. It happened to me.

Senior associates and partners don’t give instructions clearly and no guidance at all, expecting me to know how to do and what they want. Everyday I will get scolded or made sarcastic remarks on me as below my dignity. It is like I will be made to quit anyday soon and it is because of me and not them.

Does LS even know what’s happening in the industry at all in the treatment toward trainees and junior associates?
Not sure why there are comments alleging trolls. Just because it doesn’t apply to your case doesn’t mean others don’t get it.
