Ii believe Superscale mainly is for the scholars. With $16k at 5-6 months annual bonus is very comfortable (close to 280k per annum equates to $23.3k/month gross). That should be at least in the top 2% where top 6.4% earns more than $12k/month gross based on the statistics published in the
MoM website.
I believe that is like a handful of the government workers. How about MX10 and lower?
