Hey mate, just to update you with the result. Disappointedly failed (!!!). The test was simple with basic writing tasks and maths although all related to call centre/banking knowledge but not complicated stuff. Thought I did it nicely but couldn't beat the fact. If it was not the bank indicating they prefer a mandarin speaker (and actually most of the candidates today do speak mandarin) that turned me down, it was simply I was too stupid to get myself through
