- Yearly increment for avg performer is ~3-4%. Base salary and increment seem very little but the bonus is quite good with C grade getting 3.5 - 4.5 months. Excluding 13th month and also a performance incentive (usually <1 month in Dec). My total annual package is about 18 months.
- If you get promoted by grade and/or title, salary jumps ~10%. If only promoted by title, only ~5-6%. So people would rather get promoted by grade and not title [/QUOTE]
