Are the muscle growth supplements dangerous for our health? I'm talking about steroids and SARMs

As you know, muscle-building supplements can improve your physical performance during resistance workouts and help stimulate muscle growth. Protein and creatine are two popular supplements that can have these effects. I know that beginners don't require any supplements, because they will build muscle quickly after starting resistance workouts. Supplements are more beneficial for people at an intermediate or advanced level. If we talk about steroids, they do have a lot of undesirable side effects. But I found a great alternative to steroids called SARMs. You can read more about it here https://steroidcycle.org/sarms/. SARMs have a great effect on the muscles and don't change the human hormonal system, as do steroids. Therefore, my choice was in favor of SARMs.
