If u think its fair, i would say u are a lousy if HR run by u.

For the bell curve, someone need to fall at grade 'D', and u think its fair that all 'D' given to others, none to Lecturer. Is'nt it...

Any contact from the civil service authority whereby we can highlight this issue to them?

Its unfair to TSOs whereby Lecturer is treated so much differently.

TSOs got family to support too!

Several TSOs do get the grade 'D' if not perform well or not in good term with superior.

Grade 'D' = No increment and no Performance bonus

没功劳没苦劳??

Is it fair ?

I wonder any Lecturer...
