Just to digress a little, is this your first job after you grad? If so, are you on a contract or a perm staff? I understand fresh grads are only offered 1 yr contracts first before renewal/conversion...

Yup, I realised I was using the word job hopping...

Yup, I realised I was using the word job hopping loosely and didnt really intend to mean frequent switching of jobs....just switching jobs within the civil service. Thanks for the clarification.
