What kind of jobs they take here ? And realistic salaries include bonus, stocks? Any idea.
Glassdoor salaries are very US centric and wondering if any insights.

With due respect, CCNA is quite basic these days. So I don't think you've got great bargaining power unless you've some niche skill. So 3K is max IMHO.
