Yah, I noticed as well. Job postings for tech jobs seemed to have slowed down, even for technical roles like SWEs and DS.

What? A private company that takes into account NS? My friend did an internship in EM just last year. According to him, it's 3.7k regardless of honours class but they are looking for 2.1 and above.

I think there's no guarantee that you will enjoy a less monotonous job, so leaving for one on top of taking a paycut doesn't seem wise. Go pick up a hobby or something.

Does anyone have any idea what's the starting salary for a 2.1 hons engineering graduate at Starhub? I was told that they pay only 3k regardless of honours class, which is surprisingly low....
